Are you a born consultant, firmly committed to helping companies with their internal communications? Do you enjoy getting to know new people, companies and sectors all the time? Can you pull your weight and are you assertive enough to look for solutions and learning opportunities? And have you been passionate about communication for 3 to 5 years?

What does your day look like?
Hard to say; every day will be different. One day you will work at the client's office, another day at home or at our office near Brussels central station. On the one hand, you will provide support on different projects. Think of developing communication plans, delivering communication deliverables such as PowerPoint presentations, texts or entire intranet sites, analysing a company's internal communication with our own scientifically underpinned Moodmeter... But you could also temporarily join the internal communication department of one of our clients as a team member.
Are you the one we are looking for?
- You are looking for a permanent contract (not freelance)
- Internal communication has (almost) no secrets from you. And what you do not yet know, you are keen to learn.
- It is no problem if you have gained that experience in one place, but we do expect you to be curious about (many) new environments and to be able to cope with a lot of change.
- You are recourceful, not easily thrown off track.
- You connect easily with others and know how to gain trust quickly.
- You know how to plan a project, deadlines give you a healthy rush.
- You have a fluent pen and visual acumen. Graphic skills are welcome, but not a must.
- You combine creativity with an analytical mindset.
- Your mother tongue is Dutch or French, but you feel comfortable speaking in Dutch, French and English.
- Knowledge of change management is a plus.
