Internal Communication consultant (employee contract)

Who we are?

At Moodfactory, we spark real connections within organisations. With internal communication that doesn't just inform, but inspires, energises and unites. As communication architects, we build bridges between bold strategy and genuine human emotion. Our goal? Getting our clients' employees in the right mood to engage, to change and to excel. 

We advise, design and deliver projects from start to finish: from setting up new internal communication models and strategies, to crafting impactful campaigns, to leading behavioural change projects, to measuring employee experience with our evidence-based Internal Communication Moodmeter. 

Our clients? We are currently working with teams at Fluxys, ING, AG Insurance, Sibelga, Brussels Airport, Mondelez, Tessenderlo Group and many more. 

What your days will look like?

Hard to say, no two days will be the same. You might be working at the client's office or plant one day, at our office in Brussels the next day and from home the day after that. You will be regularly adapting to new environments. 

You'll support a variety of internal communication projects where you will be developing communication plans, and creating presentations, intranet pages or newsletters. You'll help run analyses and workshops, participate in behavioural interviews. Sometimes you will reinforce a client's internal communication team for a while. And you'll be part of our growth when you participate to internal Moodfactory projects like our annual Moodmeter or our social media plan. 

In short: you'll work on a wide variety of projects, combining thinking and doing. 

Are you the one we are looking for?

- Communication is your second nature. You have 1 to 3 years of experience in communication, preferably internal communication.

- What you don't know yet, you are keen to learn.  

- It is ok if you gained your experience in one place, but we do expect you to be curious about new environments and to be able to adapt to them. 

- You are steady under pressure, not easily thrown off track. 

- You connect easily with others and are trustworthy. 

- You know how to plan a project, deadlines give you a healthy rush.

- You have a fluent pen and visual insight. Graphic skills are welcome but not a must.

- You combine creativity with an analytical mindset. 

- You are confident enough to apply, even if you do not check ALL the boxes above ;-) 

- Dutch is your mother tongue and you are comfortable working in English and French. 

- You hold a driver's licence (B)

- Change Management skills are a plus.
